Li Tinggang, male, born in 1978. He is a senior engineer in University of Science and Technology Beijing. He has been engaged in road materials research for a long time. He has participated in more than ten scientific research projects including major industry support projects of Ministry of science and technology, Sino US cooperation and exchange projects, and the western part of Ministry of communications. It participates in the implementation of 2 demonstration highways of the Ministry of communications, and participates in the design of 1 green science and technology demonstration highways of the Ministry of communications. He has been an expert of China Communications import and export evaluation committee, and is a member of the highway and material Department of China Standardization Committee. Now he is a tutor outside University of Science and Technology Beijing and Beihang University. It has won 1 national scientific and technological progress two awards, and the first prize of the first prize of science and technology progress of China highway society is 2. 2 industry standards were set up, 6 were involved in the formulation of industry standards, 1 were involved in the preparation of the treatises, 14 papers were published in core journals at home and abroad, and 26 were applied for various patents, including 7 authorized patents.
